Guard your periwinkle possessions.  He’ll pilfer ‘em!  Yes, he will, and then he’ll add them to his fabulous attire.  Under all the periwinkle, he is plain, and then he complains.  He cannot be a plain complainer!
 
Blue Bill, made with silver paddle wire, fencing wire, and copper wire, is adorned flamboyantly with all manner of findings from necklaces and earrings to that perm rod head and tiny glass bottle full of periwinkle goodness.  He measures 6.5 inches tall by 6.5 inches long by 3.25 inches wide.
