Royal, regal, refined, and rich, with jewels and gold dripping from him, he was well pleased with himself.  But where had he gotten them?  Were they stolen jewels?  Was he a..a pirate?  Well…there was that old saying: as slippery as a fish.
 
I do believe he is a pirate.  Look at that shifty smile!  Neptune is full of gold and treasure, coming from sources including old necklaces, leaf embellishments, earrings, and...well, there's that conspicuous octopus too!  Neptune, made of dark annealed wire, measures 5 inches tall by 7 inches long by 2.25 inches wide.
