Steampunk vibes resonate with this handsome whale.  Perhaps 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea comes to mind?  A sea full of mystery and wonder and just a few monsters.  Good thing the Prince of Whales is brave as he swims these dark waters.
 
The Prince of Whales is made with dark annealed wire and the emmbellishments come from an elaborate necklace that I reworked to make the classic, cascading chain trail along his graceful forms.  Additional necklace parts add the finishing touch to his fins.  He measures 9.5 inches long by 4.75 inches tall by 4.5 inches wide.
